Incoterms, International Commercial Contract Terms is the number of terms used in the import and export field, valid all the way through, which clearly and unambiguously defines all responsible rights and duties for the various legal entities involved in a transaction transfer of goods from one country to another.
The latest Incoterms 2020 regulation came into force January 1, 2020.
