Later, in 1882, Fischer & Rechsteiner was founded in Switzerland.
In 1953, the company's new parent company was established in Italy, Fischer & Rechsteiner Sas, in Lecco, with the first renewal of the brand and commercial logo.
Several logo updates followed and today the Italian company FISCHER & RECHSTEINER COMPANY SPA is the parent and sole exclusive owner of the "Fischer & Rechsteiner" brand and logo worldwide.
